Paternoster

This project involved the construction of a new beach house in Paternoster, requiring careful coordination due to the site’s distance from our base in the Cape Town northern suburbs. Effective planning and logistics management were critical to ensure consistent progress and resource availability throughout the build.

By implementing a streamlined construction programme and maintaining a highly efficient team on site, we were able to prioritise build speed without compromising on workmanship or quality. Clear scheduling and disciplined execution allowed the project to progress smoothly despite the logistical challenges.

The result was a well-executed coastal home, delivered on budget and within program — demonstrating our ability to manage remote projects with the same level of control, efficiency, and attention to detail as local builds.
