This project involved Uvuyo Group taking over a partially completed structure after initial foundation and support works by a previous contractor did not meet required standards. The brief was to stabilise, correct, and complete the build as a high-end multi-use facility — comprising a classic car storage space on the ground floor and a luxury cigar lounge above.

The project required detailed structural assessment and corrective intervention to ensure the integrity of the existing works before proceeding. Once stabilised, Uvuyo Group assumed full turnkey responsibility, delivering the structure using in-situ concrete and face brick construction, supported by a refined interior design approach aligned with the premium nature of the space.

Close coordination across structural, architectural, and finishing phases ensured consistency in quality and execution. The project demanded both technical precision and a strong understanding of high-end finishes to achieve the desired outcome.
